You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, and enabling functions to ensure technical alignment, operational effectiveness, and successful delivery of customized solutions that meet customer needs.\nThis role is reserved for highly experienced engineering professionals and may require alignment with Chief Engineering governance frameworks depending on organizational requirements.\nAs an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:\nLeading engineering activities related to manufacturing processes, ensuring alignment between design intent and production execution.\nManaging complex manufacturing environments with customized solutions tailored to customer requirements.\nCollaborating with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, Supply Chain, and Operations) to ensure technical and organizational alignment.\nDefining and implementing approaches for complex production and engineering challenges.\nLeading a medium-sized manufacturing or engineering organization with accountability for performance and budget (typically exceeding $5 million).\nSupporting strategic discussions regarding future business direction, capabilities, and operational improvements.\nDriving continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes, quality, and productivity.\nEnsuring compliance with engineering standards, company policies, and applicable regulations.\nTo be successful in this role you will:\nHave a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.\nHave a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Principal Manufacturing Engineer or equivalent senior engineering role.\nDemonstrate strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, engineering systems, and production operations.\nBe capable of managing complex engineering challenges and delivering effective, scalable solutions.\nHave the ability to operate in a cross-functional and global matrix organization.\nDesired Characteristics\nStrong oral and written communication skills.\nStrong interpersonal and leadership capabilities with experience managing teams.\nDemonstrated ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions.\nProven ability to lead programs, projects, and cross-functional initiatives.\nAbility to document, plan, execute, and monitor engineering and operational programs.\nEstablished project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nWork in a Way That Works for You\nThis is a site-based leadership role requiring close collaboration across engineering and manufacturing teams.
