You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide product/scope guidance for new requisitions. You will lead the preparation, management and negotiation of BH technical proposal relevant to Electrical components and systems.\nAs an Engineering Senior Specialist - Customer Application Engineering, you will be responsible for:\nManaging preparation and negotiation of BH technical proposal, being responsible for the estimation of the budget associated with the proposed solution\nLeading the definition of the technical strategy of the project thus influencing customer towards BH solutions\nPreparing the best technical proposal at first submission using bidding tools and implementing, where appropriate, innovative technology\nLeading the technical negotiation, coordinating with supporting functions and attending to meeting/presentation with customer\nApplying product and quality policies, addressing and mitigating any risks as per BH procedures\nFuel your passion\nTo be successful in this role you will need to:\nHave a bachelor's in electrical engineering or equivalent.\nHave a minimum of 5 years in sales engineering, application engineering or electrical engineering.\nDemonstrate exceptional verbal and non-verbal communication skills for preparing proposals, conducting meetings, answering sales/customer questions and writing/explaining technical aspects\nHave a basic market/technical knowledge of rotating electrical machines (i.e. MV-HV motors and generators) and related auxiliary systems\nBe able to interpret customer economics, process and technical specifications and to translate them into competitive technical offering.\nDemonstrate ability to analyze and resolve problems and to lead programs / projects.\nBe fluent in English (oral and written) and have excellent all-round communication skills\nHave very good interpersonal and leadership skills, inclusive team working style and able to effectively interface with all levels of internal and external customers.\nBe available to travel both to regional and international locations to work with customers on site\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
