This hands-on role combines practical facility support with facility coordination, administration, and supplier management. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-functioning workplace.\nAs a Facility Coordinator, you will be responsible for:\nPerforming and coordinating day-to-day janitorial and facility activities.\nFollowing up on internal control activities and facility-related actions.\nPerforming and coordinating maintenance, repairs, and external service providers.\nObtaining quotations and managing suppliers and service agreements.\nCreating purchase requisitions and monitoring facility purchase orders and invoices.\nFollowing up on building-related issues with landlords and property management.\nMaintaining accurate office plans, signage, information screens, and common areas.\nSupporting cost control activities and identifying opportunities to improve facility services.\nActing as the main point of contact for day-to-day facility matters.\nTo be successful in this role you will:\nHave practical experience in facility services, maintenance, property operations, or a similar role.\nBe hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented.\nDemonstrate the ability to work independently and take ownership from issue identification through completion.\nBe comfortable combining practical work with administrative responsibilities.\nHave experience supporting purchasing activities, suppliers, invoices, and cost follow-up.\nCommunicate effectively in Norwegian and English.\nHave a strong focus on safety, service, cost awareness, and continuous improvement.\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
