We perform installations, configurations, commissioning, troubleshooting, and training on Bently Nevada hardware and software systems that protect and monitor a wide range of rotating machinery across Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Petrochemicals, Pulp & Paper, and other process industries.\nFuel Your Passion\nThe Field Engineer - Commissioning supports the successful execution of field service operations by delivering high-quality installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities at customer sites. This role ensures that systems are deployed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with customer expectations and contractual commitments. By providing technical expertise, documentation accuracy, and strong customer engagement, the specialist helps drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.\nAs a Field Engineer- Commissioning, you will be responsible for:\nPerforming installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Bently Nevada hardware and software products and solutions at customer locations.\nEnsuring service execution aligns with customer schedules, safety requirements, and contractual obligations.\nSupporting Site Leads in project execution and maintaining accurate installation and commissioning documentation.\nIdentifying issues proactively and taking initiative to resolve them to ensure project and service success.\nCompleting service reports, invoicing packages, and administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner.\nDriving customer satisfaction through quality execution and supporting business growth initiatives.\nTo Be Successful in This Role You Will:\nHave a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or Engineering Technology.\nHave experience using hand tools and working with machinery in a production or industrial environment.\nHave strong technical and customer service skills with direct client interaction experience.\nHave basic hands-on experience with networking components (routers, Ethernet cables, switches, etc.).\nHave to be able to travel up to 80% of the time, including short-notice assignments during peak seasons.\nHave demonstrate the ability to work independently with solid problem-solving skills.\nWork in a Way That Works for You\nWe recognize that everyone works differently, and that flexibility enables people to perform at their best.
