Work is evaluated upon completion by a Field Supervisor, local Operations Management and the external Customer to ensure objectives have been met.\nYou will be responsible for:\nActing as a project leader and mentors junior field engineers. \nProviding direct instruction and supervision to junior field engineers on day-to-day well site work and activities. \nProviding advice and direction to external customer and third-party wellsite colleagues as appropriate.\nExecuting other related duties as assigned. \nConducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.\nFuel your passion.\nTo be successful in this role you will:\nHave a Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering or mathematics.\nHave at least 5 years of experience in drilling operations as DD.\nDDx experience preferred.\nRPS experience preferred.\nBe skilled in drilling operations and applications\nAble to identify the proper product and service for simple to complex applications\nHave the ability to work in a global matrix organization.\nHave excellent communication and presentation skills.\nHave exceptional organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.\nHave the ability to travel (potential for travel to rig sites, customer facilities, meetings, trainings, etc.).\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.\nThis role is working with our customer at on-site locations on rotational basis\nWorking with us\nOur people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
