You'll lead and provide technical support to other groups and co-workers for Baker Hughes Wireline in Vietnam. You'll provide coaching to others specialists, technicians, and apprentices in your area of expertise.\nAs a Field Engineer III - WLE you will be responsible for:\nUnder minimal supervision receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on wellsite activity.\n\nEffectively prepares, manages and runs a service unit ensuring the unit is maintained in an operational and presentable condition.\n\nWorks with Customer Representative and drill crew on location to coordinate operations with the rig and or production facility.\n\nProvides record of all assemblies as run to the Customer Representative at the wellsite.\n\nAdvises Customer Representative in the logging and completions operations; interpreting logging data, troubleshooting, and other wellsite analysis and decision-making processes.\n\nSupervises crew and equipment at the wellsite and at the shop to provide specific logging and completions services.\n\nResponsible for the maintenance of equipment and facility. Assists with training of assigned personnel in completions operations and maintenance.\n\nPromotes and maintains good customer relations.\n\nPerforms all required responsibilities safely and as described in Managing Base Operations, Managing Well Operations, and Managing Equipment and Logistics manuals.\n\nPerforms other related duties as required.\n\nConducts all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.\n\nFuel your passion\nTo be successful in this role you will:\nHave previously completed the Baker Hughes Wireline Academy (Open Hole & Cased Hole)\n\nMinimum 2-years experience as a Wireline Field Engineer in Baker Hughes\n\nProficient in running multiple wireline services in both Cased Hole and Open Hole Baker Hughes services.\nOpen Hole experience particularly required for this requisition (Advanced Formation Evaluation, Formation Pressure and Sampling services required)\n\nAbility to work and communicate well with others.\n\nQualifications University Degree in Engineering or Applied Science required.\n\nCompleted required learning activities in Phase 3 of the LEAD Field Engineer Development Program.\n\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
