You will work closely with internal and customer teams to execute operations safely, efficiently, and with the highest standards of quality.\nThis role requires strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.\nAs a Field Operator III - SPS, you will be responsible for:\nAssisting with the operation, installation, and maintenance of company and customer subsea wellhead and tree equipment in accordance with company procedures, methods, and guidelines.\nAssisting with comprehensive job pre-planning activities, including logistics, tooling, Environmental, Health & Safety (HSE), and technical work scopes.\nCompleting all pre- and post-job administrative duties, including customer and service reports, timesheets, job debriefs, tool condition reports, checklists, and tooling tracking.\nUnderstanding and managing technical documentation, including packing lists, bills of materials, drawings, certifications, competencies, and prior job reports.\nEnsuring timely completion of all assigned pre- and post-job responsibilities.\nMaintaining required training and certifications necessary to perform assigned duties.\nSupporting workshop personnel as required.\nPerforming all activities safely and in compliance with Baker Hughes and customer HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines.\nDemonstrating uncompromising integrity and ensuring compliance with all company and regulatory requirements.\nBuilding and maintaining strong customer relationships through a positive, proactive, and professional approach.\nTo be successful in this role you will:\nHave a Technical High School Diploma, GED, or Technical College Degree with at least 1 year of engineering, field service, previous offshore experience, or workshop experience.\nHold a relevant Technical Education or Apprenticeship Certificate.\nDemonstrate working proficiency in written and spoken English.\nHave experience working on Subsea Wellhead equipment (preferred).\nBe able to understand and interpret mechanical drawings.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nHave a proactive approach to assigned tasks, taking ownership of equipment, spares, and lessons learned reviews.\nBe able to follow Operating Service Procedures (OSP) and Project Related Procedures (PRP).\nDemonstrate flexibility in adapting to irregular working patterns and changing operational requirements.\nConsistently work safely while delivering excellent customer satisfaction.\nPossess digital literacy and the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and web-based applications.\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is unique.
