This position supports offshore operations in Guyana on a 28-days-on / 28-days-off rotational schedule. You will support safe and efficient operations while ensuring compliance with operational and environmental standards.\nAs the Field Operator III, you will be responsible for:\nPreparing for jobs and performing tool maintenance, pre-job inspections, and post-job equipment checkout.\nAssisting with the mobilization, operation, troubleshooting, and demobilization of solids control equipment.\nMaintaining equipment and coordinating the ordering of required tools, parts, and supplies.\nAdhering to all Baker Hughes Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.\nCompleting job-related paperwork, operational records, and daily reporting requirements for assigned work activities.\nParticipating in and supporting all required safety meetings and initiatives.\nConducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes policies, Legal & Compliance requirements, and Baker Hughes Core Values.\nSupporting customer operations and maintaining effective working relationships with customers and colleagues.\nHandling special projects and additional duties as assigned.\nFuel your passion\nTo be successful in this role you will:\nHave a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.\nHave 4+ years of related industry experience preferred and completion of applicable product line training.\nDemonstrate comfort using everyday business technology, including email, Microsoft Office applications, web-based systems, and electronic reporting tools, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software and digital platforms.\nDemonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.\nHave the ability to communicate and work well with customers and team members.\nHave an understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance requirements and associated operational risks.\nDemonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining operational records and reporting.\nBe willing and able to meet the physical, medical, and safety requirements associated with offshore work environments.\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way people want to work and deliver at their best varies.
