You will support the installation, maintenance, and operation of subsea equipment while working closely with service teams and customers to ensure successful project execution.\nThis role offers the opportunity to collaborate with service teams across regions globally while contributing to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.\nAs a Field Operator IV, you will be responsible for:\nAssisting with the operation, installation, and maintenance of company and customer subsea wellhead and tree equipment in accordance with company procedures, methods, and guidelines.\nWorking in the shop to maintain and repair tools and equipment as required.\nCompleting all pre- and post-job administrative duties, including customer and service reports, timesheets, job debriefs, and tooling tracking.\nUtilizing company e-tools to access and manage technical documents, packing lists, bills of materials, drawings, and prior job reports.\nDemonstrating uncompromising integrity to ensure full compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and customer requirements.\nPerforming all activities safely and in compliance with Baker Hughes and customer Environmental, Health & Safety (HSE) policies and procedures.\nSupporting workshop personnel and operational activities as required.\nTo be successful in this role you will:\nHave a Technical High School Diploma, GED, or Technical College Degree with at least 1 year of engineering, field service experience, previous offshore, or workshop experience.\nDemonstrate working proficiency in written and spoken English.\nBe able to understand and interpret mechanical drawings.\nBe capable of lifting heavy objects safely.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nHave a proactive approach to assigned tasks, taking ownership of equipment, spares, and lessons learned reviews.\nHave experience working on Subsea Wellhead equipment.\nPossess strong computer skills, including proficiency with operating systems and standard office software.\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is unique.
