Our Aftermarket team plays a key role in delivering installation, commissioning, maintenance, and field service support, helping customers maximize the performance and reliability of their equipment across the globe.\nFuel your passion\nAs a Field Services Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of aftermarket service projects for BRUSH Power Generation equipment. Acting as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, you will drive project execution, customer satisfaction, and commercial performance, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with contractual requirements. You will also be accountable for managing project-related resources, supporting profit and loss objectives, and coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve successful project outcomes.\nAs a Field Services Project Manager, you will be responsible for:\nManaging allocated Customer key accounts and/or other allocated Projects ensuring they are completed on schedule and within cost.\nDesignating accounts from project planning stage until the completion of all contractual delivery obligations, including project close-out review.\nCoordinating all communications between the customer and the Company in a timely manner, from receipt of order through to the end of the contract or warranty period if applicable.\nCoordinating activity within internal departments for resourcing and rest of the world.\nMonitoring and issuing of all contractual documentation to the Customer.\nMonitoring of both actual and estimated project expenditure and where variances exist, ensuring investigation and identification of remedial measures where necessary.\nReviewing project performance and reporting any significant issues of concern to senior management when the situation warrants.\nReporting completion of project milestones to ensure on-time invoicing.\nNegotiating effectively and recording customer project variations ensuring relevant internal departments are notified in a timely manner.\nEnsuring final project reports and workbooks are completed on time and in-full.\nMinimizing the Company’s exposure to liabilities and maximize any opportunity to improve project margins.\nSupporting proposal stage of projects by preparing Gantt charts, materials and tooling.\nWorking closely with the Field Service team (both engineers and support team) to successfully and effectively deliver the project.\nFuel your passion\nTo be successful in this role you will:\nExperience in project management or project delivery, ideally within Oil & Gas, Energy, Service, or Aftermarket environments.\nHave experience in project delivery, field services, aftermarket operations, or customer project management within an industrial or energy-related environment.\nDemonstrate strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.\nBe highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.\nHave excellent verbal and written communication skills.\nDemonstrate strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.\nShow commercial awareness with experience managing project costs, schedules, and performance.\nPossess strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.\nDemonstrate the ability to work collaboratively across functions and global teams.\nHave knowledge of power generation equipment, generators, motors, or rotating equipment (preferred).\nHave experience supporting field service, maintenance, installation, commissioning, or outage projects (preferred).\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
