You will ensure safe and efficient operations while maintaining compliance with company standards and customer requirements.\nPartner with the Best\nAs a Field Specialist, you will be responsible for:\nManaging chemical inventories, spare parts, consumables, and bulk materials to ensure uninterrupted operations.\nCoordinating with engineers, supply chain teams, and stakeholders to replenish inventory and maintain optimal stock levels.\nSupervising bulk blending operations and ensuring products are prepared in accordance with operational requirements and quality standards.\nMonitoring and coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, transportation activities, and loading/unloading operations.\nPreparing, maintaining, inspecting, and coordinating recertification of operational equipment including batch mixers, DHT units, pressure control equipment, and associated assets.\nEnsuring all equipment is operationally ready and compliant with company and regulatory requirements.\nProviding day-to-day supervision, technical guidance, and operational support to field and plant personnel.\nMonitoring crew competencies, identifying development needs, and facilitating training to enhance operational performance.\nLiaising with third-party inspection agencies (TPI), customers, and client representatives to ensure job readiness and equipment availability.\nAdapting operational plans and processes to meet changing business and customer requirements.\nDriving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and operational reliability.\nMaintaining accurate operational records and ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), and quality standards.\nFuel Your Passion\nTo be successful in this role you will:\nHave a technical diploma, associate degree, or equivalent technical qualification from an accredited institution.\nHave relevant experience in bulk plant operations, inventory management, chemical handling, blending operations, or oilfield services operations.\nDemonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing operational requirements.\nHave experience supervising teams and providing operational guidance in a fast-paced environment.\nPossess strong customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nHave knowledge of inventory control processes, logistics coordination, and warehouse operations.\nDemonstrate a strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.\nBe proficient in Microsoft Office applications and inventory management systems.\nBe able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
