In the role you will support OTR finance team in the key deliverables of planning, pacing, and closing activities. Additional responsibilities include engagement in cash forecasting and pacing, past due monitoring and dashboarding.\nPlease note that this role is offered as a fixed-term position with an initial duration of 12 months.\nAs a Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for:\nImplementing Upgrades Financials Dashboards.\nDesigning and implementing strategies to retire manual Excel reporting and digitalize dashboards into Power BI, Copilot, and SharePoint.\nSupporting OTR Regional Finance in managing key tasks during closing and weekly QMI preparation, including reconciliations and reporting.\nParticipating in cash forecasting, pacing, and reporting activities.\nMonitoring Past Due balances to understand drivers and identify actions to improve the metric, with a particular focus on aged Past Due.\nFuel your passion\nTo be successful in this role you will:\nHave a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline).\nHave systems expertise and experience with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Alteryx, Hyperion, SAP, and Oracle, with the ability to work across multiple digital platforms.\nBe self-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple deliverables.\nDemonstrate the ability to deal with ambiguity and consistently apply clear and critical thinking.\nBe fluent in English.\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
