You can expect to receive coaching and mentoring to enable you to complete assignments and projects to develop your learning and skillset.\nYou will also have the opportunity to become familiar with the Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) and culture of Baker Hughes. as well as our strong commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.\nAs an Intern, you will be responsible for:\nCompleting internal projects to deliver business outcomes and identify process improvement opportunities.\nLearning internal software and tools to support analysis, reporting, and project delivery.\nCollaborating with cross-functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business leaders.\nApplying Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained.\nSupporting engineering projects and technical initiatives related to electrical and control systems, equipment design, and product development.\nAnalysing data, developing software, performing testing activities, and writing technical documentation to support project execution and continuous improvement.\nApplying quality, safety, and engineering standards while participating in the delivery of reliable and innovative solutions.\nFuel your passion\nTo be successful in this role you will:\nBe currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelors’ or Masters’ level degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or Software Engineering or related programme.\nHave maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country.\nDemonstrate an interest in electrical systems, power technologies, automation, or industrial engineering applications.\nHave strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical information and develop practical solutions.\nBe fluent in oral and written English and have effective communication skills.\nHave good interpersonal and leadership skills.\nBe able to legally work in the country that you are applying in, without company sponsorship or time restriction.\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone.
