You can expect to receive coaching and mentoring to enable you to complete assignments and projects to develop your learning and skillset.\nYou will also have the opportunity to become familiar with the Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) and culture of Baker Hughes. as well as our strong commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.\nAs an Intern, you will be responsible for:\nSupport to the HSE Leader within the production departments\nRisk assessment of workstations in the production areas\nSupport to operators in opening HSE reports and implementing identified solutions\nSupport to departments in executing HSE projects and implementing preventive measures\nSupervision of workshop activities to manage daily operational aspects\nSupport in the development of Environmental and Sustainability projects\nSupport in contractor management and identification of interference risks\nSupport during investigations of HSE events (injuries, near misses, Stop Work, spills, etc.)\nSupport as facilitator during safety improvement “Learning Teams”\nSupport and monitoring of HSE training\nData collection and analysis in the HSE area and preparation of scheduled HSE reviews\nFuel your passion\nTo be successful in this role you will:\nBe currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelors’ or Masters’ level degree in Health Professions - Environmental and Workplace Prevention Techniques (or equivalent), Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, Data Science, Data Analytics other STEM-related or business-related program\nHave maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country\nBe fluent in oral and written English and have effective communication skills\nBe able to legally work in the country that you are applying in, without company sponsorship or time restriction\nHave a passion about data analytics, statistics, and data science\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone.
