Your attention to detail, commitment to safety, and analytical mindset will help drive operational excellence and support the delivery of innovative solutions for our customers.\nThis role offers the opportunity to work with advanced laboratory technologies, contribute to process optimization efforts, and gain valuable experience in a world-class manufacturing environment while supporting Baker Hughes' commitment to quality and innovation.\nAs a Lab Technician I, you will be responsible for:\nAnalyzing production materials and interpreting data to ensure quality standards are met.\nMaintaining and operating laboratory equipment while ensuring accurate laboratory records.\nReporting test data and maintaining required documentation.\nProviding technical support to production staff to support operational excellence.\nSupporting special projects as assigned.\nReviewing processes and procedures to identify improvement opportunities.\nWork on Dupont 12 hour schedule - Rotating Schedule\nTo be successful in this role you will:\nHave Bachelors of Science in STEM or Associates of Science in STEM with 2 years of experience or High School Diploma with 4 years of experience\nDesired Qualifications\nHave minimum 2 years previous chemical manufacturing laboratory experience\nHave LIMS experience\nHave SAP experience\nHave experience with Auto Titrators, FTIR and relevant software (OMNIS, Tiamo, OMNIC)\nHave wet Chemistry experience\nSchedule: The DuPont shift schedule is a continuous 28-day rotating pattern that uses four crews to provide 24/7 coverage. Employees work 12-hour shifts, alternating between day and night shifts, averaging 42 hours per week.
