Acting as the technical focal point throughout the project lifecycle, you will coordinate cross-functional engineering activities, ensure on-time delivery, and provide innovative solutions that meet customer requirements and Baker Hughes quality standards.\nAs a Lead Engineer - Services Engineering, you will be responsible for:\nLeading refurbishment, repair, maintenance, and upgrade projects for production and intervention equipment.\nManaging projects from purchase order receipt through engineering execution and final delivery.\nCoordinating activities across engineering, operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to achieve project milestones.\nServing as the primary technical interface for customers throughout project execution.\nProducing and maintaining engineering documentation, drawings, bills of materials, and PLM records.\nSupporting workshop activities to ensure equipment progresses through refurbishment and testing schedules.\nProviding technical guidance and resolving engineering challenges for customers and internal stakeholders.\nSupporting installation, commissioning, and post-delivery technical activities as required.\nFuel your passion\nTo be successful in this role, you will:\nHold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.\nDemonstrate proficiency in CREO and Mathcad for engineering design and analysis activities.\nHave experience within the oil and gas industry, preferably supporting production, intervention, or completion equipment.\nPossess strong technical knowledge of equipment refurbishment, maintenance, engineering modifications, or lifecycle support.\nHave experience managing engineering projects from initiation through execution and delivery.\nBe able to coordinate multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.\nDemonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including customer-facing experience.\nHave the ability to interpret technical requirements and develop practical, high-quality engineering solutions.\nWorking with us\nOur people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
