Our team provides support for customer operations to ensure continuity for production.\nPartner with the best\nAs an Lead XTS Engineer, you will be challenged to lead and support subsea projects fronts both at the office and at the manufacturing sites. You will be supporting the regional and international teams, interacting with Customers providing technical expertise during all phases of development.\nAs a Lead XTS Engineer, you will be responsible for:\nExecuting XTree design and correspondent tooling (shop or field use) to proposals and projects.\nDefining XTree system layout from concept definition phase to execution phases of a subsea project.\nDefining and preparing functional specifications for Trees, Controls, connections and Flowlines.\nSupporting Manufacturing teams at assembly and test lines ensuring quality, flawless execution and reporting to product group on lessons learnt, design improvements or non-conformity assessments.\nDeveloping Concept & Detail Design Reviews, CTRs and conducting those through approval process with correspondent product lines.\nReporting of progress, technical and interface matters in project meetings and progress reports of assigned tasks and CTRs.\nLiaising with clients on a technical level to ensure their needs are being met and ensuring they are aware of the data input requirements to allow the study to proceed on-schedule.\nLeading a team with expertise and develop leadership within the group and Working collaborative with a global engineering community.\nEnsuring and promoting good communication across different stakeholders, manufacturing and engineering disciplines\nDeveloping Project deliverables and reviewing the work of others, such as but not limited to manufacturing drawings, schematics, P&IDs, procedures, reports, etc.\nFuel your passion\nTo be successful in this role you will:\nHave a MSc or BSc degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Controls Engineering or equivalent as required with extensive experience in a similar role.\nHave broad knowledge of manufacturing processes, methods and procedures within project and engineering management.\nHave proven experience with PETROBRAS designs and manufacturing support.\nHave proven experience in design and selection across one or more of the following: System Analysis / Interface Management / Requirement Management Constructability and installation.\nHave demonstrable depth of experience in project engineering within a multi-disciplinary environment.\nBe available to travel internationally for project needs and for short term assignments.\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
