In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and execute repairs that minimize downtime and maintain productivity. By collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining high standards of safety and quality, you will help drive operational excellence across the facility.\nAs a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:\nPerforming routine preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.\n\nDiagnosing machine malfunctions and determining appropriate repair methods and replacement parts.\n\nCarrying out repairs on machinery, equipment, and production systems in a timely manner.\n\nTesting repaired equipment to verify successful repairs and proper functionality.\n\nPerforming facility maintenance activities, including electrical, plumbing, painting, and general building repairs.\n\nSupporting occasional janitorial and facility upkeep activities as required.\n\nComplying with company quality, safety, and operational requirements.\n\nOperating forklifts and other powered industrial equipment as needed.\n\nTroubleshooting and repairing CNC machines, laser cutters, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems.\n\nReading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation to support maintenance activities.\n\nUtilizing maintenance tools, equipment, and diagnostic devices to support repair and installation work.\n\nSupporting continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment reliability and efficiency.\n\nPerforming other duties assigned based on workload and business needs.\n\nTo be successful in this role you will:\nHave a High School Diploma or GED.\n\nHave a certificate in Industrial Technology or a related field, preferred.\n\nHave 3+ years of experience in a maintenance technician, maintenance mechanic, or millwright role.\n\nHave experience working with and repairing CNC machines, laser cutters, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems.\n\nHave demonstrated mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills.\n\nHave the ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.\n\nHave intermediate math, reading, and problem-solving skills.\n\nHave the ability to install, evaluate, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machines and complex industrial equipment.\n\nHave experience installing, evaluating, and repairing pneumatic and hydraulic systems.\n\nHave the ability to safely troubleshoot and repair electrical systems.\n\nHave experience operating maintenance tools and equipment, including welders, grinders, multimeters, drill presses, and saws.\n\nHave the ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts and scissor lifts.\n\nHave basic computer skills and the ability to use maintenance-related systems and programs.\n\nHave strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality, accuracy, and safety.\n\nHave the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\n\nHave strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with teams, supervisors, leadership, vendors, and visitors.\n\nHave the ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds safely.\n\nHave the willingness and flexibility to work overtime, alternative shifts, and weekends as required by business needs.\n\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
