You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and improve manufacturing systems and processes.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.\nCollaborate with product design and development teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.\nConduct time studies and workflow analysis to identify areas for improvement.\nImplement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.\nDevelop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures.\nTroubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues to minimize downtime and ensure product quality.\nEvaluate and recommend new equipment, technologies, and methods to enhance manufacturing capabilities.\nTrain and support production staff in the implementation of new processes and technologies.\nEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.\nServe as the technical reference for the Manufacturing Engineering team, ensuring adherence to standards and supporting continuous improvement.\nFuel your passion\nTo be successful in this role ideally you should have:\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field or proven experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in a high-volume production environment.\nKnowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nStrong communication and teamwork abilities.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nFluent in English and Italian.\nExperience with automation and robotics in manufacturing is a plus.\nProficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools is a plus\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
