You will work with cross-functional teams to improve productivity, quality, safety, and operational performance, contributing to the introduction of new products, processes, and technologies.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport the development, optimization, and standardization of manufacturing processes to improve quality, productivity, cost, and cycle times.\nCollaborate with engineering, production, quality, and operational teams to ensure robust, efficient, and repeatable manufacturing solutions.\nContribute to the introduction of new products, processes, equipment, and technologies within the manufacturing environment (Production Cycles, CAD/CAM).\nAnalyze process performance, production feedback, and technical data to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making.\nPrepare, maintain, and update technical documentation, standards, work instructions, and process-related information, including inspection criteria and critical spare requirements for assigned fixtures.\nAct as the first technical point of contact for operators in assigned areas, supporting setups, changeovers, production restarts, and troubleshooting to reduce downtime and ensure product quality.\nIdentify program, fixture, tool, machine, or method-related causes of production issues and coordinate technical escalation when needed.\nOwn the technical condition, configuration, and suitability of assigned fixtures, monitoring wear, accuracy, reliability, and safety and defining restoration or improvement actions.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices across manufacturing activities.\nEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and company requirements.\nFuel your passion\nTo be successful in this role ideally you should have:\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent proven experience.\nExperience in manufacturing, production engineering, machining, or technical process support within an industrial environment.\nGood technical understanding of manufacturing processes, process optimization, and industrial operations.\nKnowledge of CAD/CAM systems, CNC machining, automation, robotics, or digital manufacturing tools is considered a plus.\nProblem-solving mindset, analytical approach, and attention to detail.\nStrong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.\nAbility to manage priorities, work independently, and support multiple technical activities.\nFluent in English and Italian.\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
