You will play a key role in maintaining production continuity, supporting quality requirements, and executing preventive maintenance activities while working under minimal supervision.\nYou will work closely with operations, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure equipment reliability, product quality, and adherence to all safety and manufacturing standards.\nAs a Manufacturing Operator, you will be responsible for:\nAssisting in maintaining plant production by performing repairs within the scope of expertise.\nInterpreting and executing work orders while following established safe work procedures.\nPerforming mechanical repairs on plant equipment and completing preventive maintenance activities as scheduled.\nSetting up, monitoring, and operating manufacturing, production, and process-related equipment.\nOperating multiple machines simultaneously to support production requirements.\nPerforming quality assurance activities in accordance with manufacturing, engineering, and ISO requirements.\nExecuting specialized process functions and operating associated equipment.\nMonitoring, testing, and verifying finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.\nUtilizing general hand tools and precision measuring equipment to support maintenance and production activities.\nAssisting with the transportation, loading, and unloading of finished products and raw materials.\nCleaning production equipment and collecting product samples for analysis.\nOperating and adjusting process controls to maintain production efficiency and product quality.\nTesting, troubleshooting, and repairing instrumentation systems associated with production equipment.\nSupporting production activities in indoor and outdoor environments across varying weather conditions.\nFollowing competency management program requirements and working effectively with minimal supervision.\nFuel your passion\nTo be successful in this role you will:\nHave a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.\nDemonstrate mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform equipment maintenance and repairs.\nPossess experience using general hand tools and precision measuring instruments.\nHave the ability to interpret work instructions, procedures, and work orders.\nDemonstrate a strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.\nBe capable of operating manufacturing and production equipment in a fast-paced environment.\nHave effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.\nDemonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills.\nBe able to work with minimal supervision and manage responsibilities independently.\nBe willing and able to work rotating shifts and support plant operational requirements.\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone.\nWork Hours: Rotating Shifts - 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM\nWorking for you\nOur inventions have revolutionized energy for over a century.
