Associates are trained to work with a variety of tools, automation, and software while maintaining a safety first, quality first mindset\nAs a Manufacturing Operator, you will be responsible for:\nPerforming daily production operations while following all appliable safety, quality and manufacturing procedures; complete work in a timely manner while maintaining excellent standards.\n\nOperating multiple machines simultaneously.\n\nDaily communication with Engineering teams, planners, Sales and Management on a level necessary to allow closed-loop communication of assembly and scheduling issues.\n\nInspection of purchased parts, components and equipment.\n\nWork effectively in a multi-team environment; communicate with sales, planning, engineering and management teams regarding assembly and scheduling issues.\n\n Fuel your passion\nTo be successful in this role you will:\nHave High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution.\n\nBe available to work Swing shift- Monday through Friday 2:30pm to 11:00pm and overtime and weekends as needed.\n\nHave a minimum 6 months of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, customer service (retail, food service, etc.), clerical, technical, and / or mechanical\n\nHave a good mechanical aptitude and knowledge of general hand tools and precision measuring equipment.\n\nBe willing to learn and follow internal Health, Safety and Environmental policies to ensure compliance.\n\nHave the ability to operate material moving equipment and/or obtain the necessary certification.\n\nWork with small parts and read fine text.\n\nHave ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.\n\nHave ability to read and interpret routine instructions.\n\nWork with approved chemicals.\n\nLift up to 40 lbs. unassisted.\n\nBe able to pass basic solder training.\n\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone, too.
