Our team is responsible for the assembly of high-quality and innovative products.\nPartner with the best\nWe are looking for an experienced Materials Planning and Execution Specialist to join our Supply Chain team and play a key role in ensuring material availability, inventory optimization, and seamless production execution within a fast-paced, technologically advanced manufacturing environment.\nIn this position, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the organization, driving operational excellence and contributing to strategic initiatives that support business growth, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.\nWhat you'll do:\nLead material planning and execution activities, managing planning parameters, material flows, production schedules, and purchasing requirements to ensure uninterrupted operations.\nProactively identify and resolve material shortages, supply constraints, and operational bottlenecks, coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain production continuity.\nEnsure alignment between material availability, production plans, and key performance indicators while continuously optimizing inventory levels and working capital.\nPartner with Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Engineering teams to support strategic initiatives focused on simplification, cost reduction, service improvement, and On-Time Delivery performance.\nAnalyze data and business trends to identify opportunities for process enhancement, operational efficiencies, and continuous improvement.\nMaintain high standards of data accuracy, traceability, and system integrity, ensuring reliable planning and execution across the supply chain.\nChampion compliance with company policies, quality standards, EHS requirements, Lean principles, and operational procedures.\nFuel your passion\nWhat will make you successful\nBachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in Materials Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning, or Supply Chain Operations within a manufacturing environment.\nProven ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and drive continuous improvement initiatives from identification through implementation.\nStrong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across functions in a complex, global matrix organization.\nAnalytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities and a track record of turning challenges into actionable solutions.\nFluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, enabling effective communication across local and international teams.\nSolid knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and data analysis tools.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and a strong customer-focused mindset.\nDesired Characteristics\nStrong oral and written communication skills and fluency with the English language\nStrong interpersonal, leadership & influencing skills\nDisplay leading attitude for improvement and innovation initiatives\nAbility to coordinate several projects simultaneously\nSix Sigma training or equivalent Quality Training Knowledge of value stream mapping, one-piece flow, AWO, Kaizen, 5s and other lean tools is preferred. \nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
