Focused on optimizing business results through the application of PMP methodologies, strengthening the QHSE culture, and driving operational excellence in complex and highly demanding environments. Among my responsibilities are the following: \nReinforce the company's QHSE policies and actively participate in the compliance and continuous improvement of the Baker Hughes Management System, while maintaining service quality as the foundation of every operation and continuously driving operational excellence. \nEnsure that all work is executed with the highest standards of quality by utilizing iPRA and DRA processes to assess operational readiness and results, while ensuring full compliance with the Service Quality Plan and the 3PV process for integrated projects. \nLead continuous improvement initiatives for both customer evaluation processes and internal operations, identifying business needs and opportunities to strengthen the company's competitive position in the market. \nApply Project Management Professional (PMP) methodologies throughout all phases of integrated projects, leading project governance structures, improving operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with organizational standards, and supporting commercial teams in the assessment and mitigation of project-related business risks. \nManage and control project budgets, costs, and financial objectives throughout the project lifecycle, including the review and approval of expenditures. \nLead the implementation of solutions and the execution of corrective actions arising from project-related events across Mexico. \nServe as the integrated operational liaison between customers and managers from each service line, ensuring alignment, communication, and effective project execution. \nCoordinate with the Contracts Manager on monthly project closeouts and contractual matters, as well as with Product Lines, 3PVs, QHSE, and Human Resources regarding staffing, personnel development, and workforce planning. \nDevelop annual business plans aligned with the organization's strategic objectives and growth initiatives. \nBe responsible for long-term planning and key management decision-making processes. \nReview and evaluate critical technical services, coordinate operational activities, and make key decisions to ensure safe, efficient, and successful project execution. \nQualifications/Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering or scientific discipline from an accredited university or relevant industry experience with Integrated Projects. \nMinimum 10+ years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry \nComprehensive knowledge of Field Service operations and well construction/Completion. \nPromotes a culture of performance across multiple Product Lines, functions, and external parties. \nHas good understanding of the entire well construction process and operations. \nExcellent leadership, strong interpersonal, influencing and planning skills. \nDemonstrated ability to work in a global matrix organization. \nUnderstanding of the service delivery process and the technical nature of the business. \nFrequently visit the Baker Hughes base and the TPVs base to review tool failure investigations and conduct quality assurance checks on the equipment. \nDesired Characteristics/Skills:\nManages written and oral English as a working language. \nDecision-making and Situational Leadership skills in diverse geographic and cultural environments \nStrong digital literacy (MAPS/FRACAS, BHOS, MtJC, MtPC, MS Tools) \nStrong data capture and clear, concise reporting skills \nStrong organizational and problem-solving skills \nStrong interpersonal and relationship skills \nAdvanced knowledge of: \nContinuous Improvement systems and visual management \nReliability engineering and root cause/corrective action \nPerformance management systems and strategy deployment \nProject Management, Risk Management, and MOC \nManagement Systems and Three Lines of Defense modeling \nReports to: Latam Operational Excellence Manager (Services Manager - Service Delivery Management) \nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that every person is different and that the way they work and perform at their best is unique to them.
