Working under the guidance of experienced engineers, you will contribute to engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle, including concept development, detailed engineering, manufacturing support, testing, and field deployment\nAs PCS Assistant Engineer, you will be responsible for:\nCollaborating with global engineering teams to support the delivery of subsea production control system projects and studies. \nCommunicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders in both Portuguese and English. \nDeveloping engineering deliverables such as manufacturing drawings, 3D models, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, system architecture drawings, procedures, technical reports, and datasheets. \nSupporting the design and integration of subsea Production Control Systems (PCS), including electrical, hydraulic, instrumentation, and communications interfaces. \nAssisting with system-level engineering activities involving SCMs, topside control equipment, subsea distribution systems, sensors, actuators, and communication networks. \nSupporting FAT, SIT, integration testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities. \nDeveloping technical documentation in accordance with project requirements, industry standards, and customer specifications. \nSupporting engineering change management, configuration management, and product lifecycle management activities. \nUtilizing engineering tools such as Creo, AutoCAD, Teamcenter, SAP, Visio, and Microsoft Office to prepare and control project deliverables. \nParticipating in technical reviews, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives. \nFuel your passion\nTo be successful in this role you will:\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering in progress. \nBe fluent in written and spoken English or at least intermediary. \nHave knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, industrial control systems, or automation engineering principles. \nExperience with subsea production systems and control system integration is desirable. \nDemonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. \nBe comfortable working in a multidisciplinary engineering environment. \nHave a strong commitment to quality, safety, and project execution excellence. \nBe willing to learn and develop expertise in subsea production systems, offshore engineering, and production control systems (PCS). \nPossess a manufacturing, delivery, and cost-conscious mindset. \nDesirable\nSkilled in Engineering Database set up and configuration (SAP or Team Center); \nSkilled in engineering software, including AutoCAD, Creo, SolidWorks, Visio, and Microsoft Project (MSP). \nUnderstanding of subsea production systems. \nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
