You will be responsible for executing purchasing strategies, driving supplier performance, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to support operational and business objectives.\nAs a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for:\nManaging procurement activities and purchase order execution for assigned suppliers.\n\nDriving on-time delivery performance and ensuring materials are available to meet business requirements.\n\nBuilding strong relationships with suppliers and serving as the primary point of contact for procurement-related activities.\n\nIdentifying and resolving supply chain challenges, escalating issues when necessary, and communicating progress to stakeholders.\n\nCollaborating with planning, engineering, quality, and operations teams to ensure seamless order execution.\n\nMonitoring supplier performance and implementing improvement plans to enhance delivery, quality, and cost performance.\n\nEnsuring compliance with company sourcing policies, contractual requirements, and procurement procedures.\n\nSupporting negotiations related to pricing, lead times, and commercial terms where applicable.\n\nAnalyzing procurement data and market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.\n\nDriving continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and supplier management processes.\n\nManaging multiple suppliers and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\n\nKeeping internal stakeholders informed of supplier performance, delivery risks, delays, and mitigation plans.\n\nFuel Your Passion\nTo be successful in this role, you will:\nHave significant experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.\n\nDemonstrate expertise in managing suppliers of complex, long-lead-time, and high-value products.\n\nPossess strong stakeholder management and supplier relationship skills.\n\nHave experience coordinating multiple suppliers and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.\n\nBe skilled in problem-solving, negotiation, and driving supplier performance improvements.\n\nHave strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in procurement and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).\n\nDemonstrate strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence across functions.\n\nBe comfortable working independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams.\n\nHave a continuous improvement mindset and strong commercial acumen.\n\nBe willing to travel to supplier locations as required.\n\nWork in a Way That Works for You\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
