Reporting to the Well systems Manufacturing Global Lead, you will work closely with Product Engineering, Operations, AME, Manufacturing Engineering, and NPI teams to standardize processes, improve manufacturability, and support successful product integration.\nAs a Product Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:\nAnalyzing existing manufacturing processes to identify key improvement opportunities.\nCoordinating with subject matter experts to define and implement engineering changes that enhance processes, procedures, and manufacturability.\nLeading initiatives that drive continuous improvement, standardization, and best practices across multiple sites and product lines.\nInteracting with key stakeholders to support process implementation and drive effective decision-making.\nActing as the front-end interface for all new product and system integration activities in partnership with Product Engineering teams.\nDeveloping and implementing global manufacturing execution plans to ensure consistency across sites and product lines.\nDriving innovative and technology-focused solutions with a forward-thinking approach to process optimization.\nWorking closely with Engineering, AME, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, and NPI teams to support business objectives.\nSupporting global adoption of manufacturing processes and systems across all regions.\nOwning bid and standard hours for products, including lead-time considerations.\nActing as a key interface for future manufacturing technologies through collaboration with AME and Engineering teams.\nFuel your passion\nTo be successful in this role, you will:\nHold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, or a related discipline, or possess equivalent relevant experience.\nBring experience ideally within the Oil & Gas industry or a large-scale mechanical manufacturing environment.\nDemonstrate expertise in engineering systems, tools, materials, and industrial automation technologies.\nPossess hands-on experience with SCADA systems, including monitoring, control, and troubleshooting of industrial processes.\nDemonstrate strong working knowledge of Linux operating systems in industrial or engineering environments.\nHave experience with Siemens technologies and coding/programming, including Siemens automation and control systems.\nWork effectively with stakeholders, influence cross-functional decisions, and execute tasks with a strong sense of urgency and tactical focus.\nPossess strong leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and the energy, motivation, and drive to lead change and deliver results.\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone works best in different ways.
