Our team is responsible for the assembly of high-quality and innovative products.\nPartner with the best\nAs Production Controller, you will be responsible for:\nDeploying the master production plan into detailed execution schedules, ensuring alignment with customer demand and operational priorities.\nPreparing, managing, and continuously updating production schedules to optimize resource utilization and meet fulfillment targets.\nMonitoring production progress, identifying deviations, and driving corrective actions to maintain schedule adherence.\nCoordinating with Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Quality, and Engineering to ensure material availability and smooth production flow.\nManaging production priorities, balancing workload, and resolving capacity constraints to maximize throughput.\nLeading daily production reviews and driving recovery plans for critical shortages, bottlenecks, and overdue orders.\nOverseeing Work-In-Process (WIP) levels and inventory performance, supporting actions to improve inventory turns and reduce lead times.\nEnsuring operational alignment with production plans, business priorities, and key plant performance indicators.\nDriving continuous improvement initiatives focused on planning processes, operational efficiency, productivity, and delivery performance.\nMaintaining accurate system data and production records to support planning accuracy and manufacturing traceability.\nSupporting Farm-In and Farm-Out activities when required, coordinating external suppliers and internal stakeholders to achieve fulfillment commitments.\nComplying with company policies and processes, including Quality, EHS, Compliance, HR, Lean Manufacturing, and Operational Excellence.\nFuel your passion\nTo be successful in this role you will:\nHave a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Manufacturing.\nDemonstrate experience in Production Planning, Production Control, Manufacturing Operations, or Supply Chain Management.\nBe able to work independently, prioritize multiple activities, and drive process improvements.\nShow strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a dynamic manufacturing environment.\nDemonstrate the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.\nBe proficient in ERP/MRP systems and advanced Microsoft Office applications.\nHave strong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nBe fluent in Italian, both written and spoken.\nDesired Characteristics\nStrong oral and written communication skills in English.\nStrong interpersonal, leadership, and influencing skills.\nData-driven mindset with the ability to translate analysis into operational actions.\nAbility to manage changing priorities while maintaining focus on customer commitments.\nPassion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and other productivity tools.\nExperience with production scheduling, capacity planning, inventory management, and fulfillment processes.\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
