You will plan and schedule material and production needs, lead production meetings, and drive the correct materials management processes.\nAs a Production Controller, you will be responsible for:\nCreating and maintaining detailed production plans for the test and assembly areas, defining production sequencing to optimize resources and ensure schedule adherence.\nLiaising with Sourcing teams to secure the delivery of shortages and minimize schedule delays.\nCoordinating warehouse and staging activities to ensure the availability of components and materials required for production.\nSupporting production by coordinating work order releases, move orders, and maintaining commitment dates.\nMaintaining Cyberplan commitment dates.\nReporting and monitoring progress to the Master Scheduler, Plant Management, and Project Execution teams.\nGenerating and maintaining KPIs to monitor Production Orders and production plan adherence.\nFuel your passion\nTo be successful in this role you will:\nHave High School Diploma\nHave a strategic view.\nHave presentation and communication skills.\nHave knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes.\nBe a self-starter with strong organizational and prioritization skills.\nHave experience in a manufacturing environment or a fast-paced industrial planning or production control role.\nBe proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Oracle, Cyberplan, and Gensuite.\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
