We are looking for individuals who are analytical, collaborative, and motivated to contribute to project success in an inclusive and innovative environment.\nAs a Project Controller, you will be responsible for:\nOwning project cost tracking, forecasting, and performance analysis to provide accurate visibility of project financial performance and forecast outcomes.\n\nMonitoring project performance against cost, schedule, and delivery targets, identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and variances, and escalating concerns where appropriate.\n\nFacilitating project reviews and supporting performance discussions with project teams, stakeholders, and leadership to drive project success.\n\nManaging project change control processes, ensuring scope, schedule, and cost changes are identified, evaluated, documented, and appropriately approved.\n\nSupporting risk and opportunity management activities by maintaining project risk registers, tracking mitigation actions, and contributing to project risk reviews.\n\nDeveloping and maintaining project performance reporting, including weekly and monthly customer and internal reports, providing clear and timely insights into project health, progress, and key metrics.\n\nCollaborating with finance, engineering, operations, procurement, and commercial teams to ensure alignment of project objectives and reporting accuracy.\n\nContributing to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance project controls processes, tools, and reporting methodologies.\n\nTo be successful in this role, you will:\nHave experience in project controls, project services, cost control, project administration, project planning, or a related project management discipline.\n\nDemonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret project data, identify trends, and deliver meaningful performance insights.\n\nPossess effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships across diverse teams and functions.\n\nBe highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.\n\nHave proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.\n\nDemonstrate a proactive, collaborative, and inclusive approach to working in a dynamic project environment.\n\nHave experience working with project management, ERP, or project controls systems, which would be advantageous.\n\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
