You will be the central figure shaping winning strategies for mature asset development projects, ensuring seamless collaboration, operational excellence, and successful project acquisition.\nAs a Project Development Leader, you will be responsible for:\nDriving a field development approach that delivers value to both operator and service provider within the planned contractual framework.\nIntegrating engineering-from subsurface to surface-with diverse product lines, functional teams (sales, commercial, operations, finance), and third-party partners to deliver unified client solutions.\nDeveloping and implementing strategies to secure high-value field management or integrated solutions projects aligned with Baker Hughes’ long-term goals.\nBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, internal teams, and executive leadership to ensure collaboration and project success.\nLeading, mentoring, and motivating cross-functional teams while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.\nIdentifying risks related to integration and project delivery and developing mitigation plans to ensure project objectives are met.\nEstablishing and refining processes that streamline integration efforts, enhance efficiency, and support scalable growth.\nDefining KPIs and reporting mechanisms to monitor progress, measure success, and drive continuous improvement across integrated functions, while staying informed on industry trends and emerging technologies.\nFuel your passion\nTo be successful in this role you will:\nHold a Bachelor’s degree in Geosciences, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).\nBring 15+ years of experience in field development support and 10+ years in oil and gas field(s) management with E&P operators.\nDemonstrate strong project management experience with a track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams and securing complex projects.\nHave proven experience integrating multiple product lines or business functions within a large organization.\nPossess exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nBring strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking capabilities.\nBe proficient in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone.\nThis role is in general hours (8AM - 5PM) and travel involved\nWorking for you\nOur inventions have revolutionized energy for over a century.
