You will work closely with project managers, customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to help ensure technical deliverables are achieved safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with quality expectations.\nFuel your passion\nYou will be:\nLeading and coordinating engineering activities for assigned projects.\nSupporting detailed engineering planning and helping ensure execution aligns with project objectives.\nDelivering engineering scope in accordance with customer requirements, quality standards, schedules, and budget expectations.\nFacilitating regular project reviews to monitor progress, resource utilization, and costs.\nCoordinating the identification and resolution of technical risks, issues, and design challenges.\nProviding clear project updates and technical communication to key stakeholders.\nCollaborating with engineering, project management, manufacturing, supply chain, and service teams to support project delivery.\nRepresenting the engineering function during customer meetings throughout the project lifecycle.\nTo be successful in this role you will:\nHave a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline.\nHave experience in project engineering, systems engineering, or project engineering management within product or system-based environments.\nHave experience supporting projects within industrial, energy, automation, controls, process, or related industries.\nHave effective project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.\nHave experience working with multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams.\nHave the ability to manage multiple activities and priorities in a dynamic environment.\nHave experience analyzing information, identifying challenges, and supporting practical solutions.\nHave demonstrated experience delivering programs and projects to agreed objectives.\nHave experience planning, documenting, coordinating, and executing project activities.\nHave established project management skills and an understanding of project delivery processes.\nHave flexibility to undertake occasional international travel, as required by project needs.\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way people work and perform at their best can vary.
