Our team is responsible for the assembly of high-quality and innovative products.\nPartner with the best\nThe Project Manager is responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources.\nAs a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:\nAddressing and resolving commercial issues, managing correspondence, providing periodic updates, ensuring customer satisfaction and negotiating/coordinating with staff as appropriate;\nKeeping track in BH systems of all records and aspects of the project;\nMeeting and enhancing financial performances of the project, including cash flow, revenues and margin expansion;\nSecuring project on-time delivery in accordance with contractual terms and conditions;\nManaging project risk including any financial exposure, claims, variation orders, LLs and effective project closeout;\nLeading a project team in a matrix environment and initiate corrective actions where appropriate to make sure project execution is flawless;\nBuilding up a long-term relationship with the Customer based on accountability and trust;\nCreating a positive and collaborative environment which enables team mates to perform at their best.\nFuel your passion\nTo be successful in this role you will:\nHave a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent from an accredited university or college;\nHave work experience in project execution environment in complex technology market\nDemonstrate good leadership and communication skills with fluency in English and Italian\nBe a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to identify and solve problems\nShow ability to drive and manage changes in an ambiguous scenario.
