You will lead project quality activities, ensuring compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and regulatory obligations while driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence.\nAs aProject Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for:\nEnsuring contractual, regulatory, and customer quality requirements are understood and fulfilled throughout project execution.\nSupporting tender and bid reviews by incorporating customer requirements, lessons learned, and quality risks.\nDeveloping, implementing, and maintaining project quality plans, inspection points, and quality records.\nLeading quality activities to support successful project execution and customer satisfaction.\nManaging nonconformances, deviations, concessions, and corrective actions in compliance with contractual requirements.\nCollaborating with engineering, project management, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure project quality objectives are achieved.\nInvestigating customer concerns, identifying root causes, and implementing effective corrective actions.\nBuilding strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through proactive communication and customer engagement.\nMonitoring, analyzing, and reporting quality performance to customers and leadership.\nPromoting continuous improvement across manufacturing, assembly, validation, and project execution processes.\nFuel your passion\nTo be successful in this role you will:\nHave a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.\nHave a minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality, Supply Chain, Customer Care, Project Management, Manufacturing, or related functions.\nHave experience within Oil & Gas, Subsea, or project-based environments preferred.\nHave fluent English skills.\nHave strong knowledge of quality systems, standards, and customer requirements.\nHave experience with problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies such as A3, 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA, 5S, Lean, and Six Sigma.\nRequired Skills\nStrong leadership and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to influence and negotiate with customers and cross-functional teams.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capability.\nEffective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.\nHigh standards of integrity, collaboration, and professionalism.\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
