Conform to engineering drawings, specifications, Inspection Test Plans (ITP), and applicable API/customer requirements prior to release to the next process stage or final acceptance.\nEssential Responsibilities:\nRouting Package review (Spec, Drawing, Picklist, Document Revision)\nProvide dimensional, COC, inspection report and traceability record in MO package\nSupport First Article Inspection (FAI) and in-process inspection activities.\nVerify gages and tool calibration\nVerify and validate report from Outsource process.\nPerform inspection as per work order (Dimensional, Hardness, Phosphating, Test and Assembly)\nRecord inspection results accurately and raise a Non-Conformance Report (NCR) for non-conforming items.\nMaintain inspection records complete, accurate, and retained per QMS requirements.\nParticipate in Quality & HSE program and proactively involve in improving Quality/HSE Culture in Batam Site\nAuthorities:\nPerforming inspection, Accept or reject product based on Inspection results within the scope of certification level.\nRelease part that meets specified requirements and generates acceptance report. including Review and approve outsourced inspection report.\nRaising non-conformance report; including stopping process or Hold Non-Conformance part for further disposition.\nHSE & Quality Stop Work\nPrincipal Accountabilities:\nDelivery of Quality products that meet all requirements to meet production deadlines.\nAccuracy and completeness of dimensional/visual / In process inspection records\nTimely detection and reporting of non-conforming machined parts.\nCompliance of inspection activities with ITP, drawings, and applicable API/customer specifications.\nCorrect use and calibration-status verification of precision measuring equipment.\nRequired Qualification:\nA Diploma or technical high school with 3 years' experience.\nPrevious experience in the inspection and measurement of component parts in a similar manufacturing industry.\nAble to read and understand technical Drawings,\nFamiliar with tools and gauges for measurement\nAbility to perform detailed dimensional inspection of component parts\nAble to perform hardness testing and report verification.\nAble to perform phosphate visual inspection\nHave knowledge to verify Hydro test parameter and report validation.\nAble to perform Test and Assembly inspection\nKnowledge of Quality Management Systems and HSE awareness.\nDesired Characteristics:\nInter-personal skills to co-ordinate with other personnel, on matters of quality and final product acceptance.\nTeamwork: Demonstrates good team working abilities and should be able to arrange and manage events which involve various teams.\nRequire to work shifts and irregular hours.\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy. Strong integrity and objectivity in reporting nonconformances.\nSafety-conscious and disciplined in following procedures.\nCompetency:\nFamiliar with Manufacturing Process, BOM (bill of material), Technical Drawing.\nDimensional, Visual, Test & Assembly, Phosphating/coating, Hardness inspection.\nInspection reporting and documentation.
