Our Completions Team partners with on-site operators and customers to provide support and guidance to ensure the capacity and value of the well is maximized to its full potential.\nPartner with the best\nAs a Quality Professional - QA Engineering, you will be responsible for:\nEngineering Procure Construct tendering and project execution phases.\nVerifying contractual and regulatory requirements are fulfilled and have maximized customer satisfaction and profitability.\nEstablishing and executing project quality plan, witness-points, quality records for compliance with contract.\nEnsuring customer quality requirement, Feedback of Experience (FOE)/Lessons Learned are consideredin the tender proposal to avoid deviation and to continually improve execution processes.\nDetecting and signaling flaws in approaches, methods, procedures and processes and suggests improvements.\nHandling communication with direct colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis.\nContributing to project as a team member. Work goals typically take 1-3 months to complete, and results are seen immediately or within 1-2 months\nFuel your passion\nTo be successful in this role, you will:\nHave bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Quality\nHave 4 years’ experience in quality assurance, quality engineering, equipment reliability, maintenance quality, or field service quality within manufacturing industry\nBe able to interpret technical drawings, inspection reports, and quality documentation to support risk-based decisions.\nShow strong analytical, troubleshooting, auditing, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive corrective actions through cross-functional teams.\nBe committed to HSE, compliance, operational discipline, service quality, defect prevention, and continuous improvement in pressure pumping operations.\nHave good communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to prepare clear reports, explain quality findings, and influence operational improvements.\nundefined\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
