This role focuses on reducing failures, improving product and service performance, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and enhancing customer satisfaction through data-driven problem solving and preventive quality methodologies.\nKey Responsibilities:\nReliability Management\nDevelop and implement reliability programs to improve equipment, product, and process performance.\nPerform reliability analyses including Weibull, MTBF, FMEA, RCA, and failure trend analysis.\nMonitor reliability metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.\nSupport lifecycle management and asset performance optimization initiatives.\nLead investigations of equipment and process failures, identifying corrective and preventive actions.\nQuality Assurance & Improvement\nEnsure compliance with company quality management systems and industry standards.\nLead internal quality audits and support external audits.\nDrive continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and other quality methodologies.\nAnalyze quality data and implement actions to reduce defects, non-conformances, and customer complaints.\nDevelop and maintain quality documentation, procedures, and work instructions.\nContinuous Improvement\nFacilitate root cause analysis investigations using methodologies such as:5 Why Analysis\nFishbone Diagram\nFault Tree Analysis\nFailure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)\n\nLead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes.\nPromote a culture of quality, reliability, and operational excellence.\nStakeholder & Customer Support\nCollaborate with Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Service Delivery teams.\nSupport customer quality inquiries and reliability improvement initiatives.\nPresent reliability and quality performance metrics to management.\nProvide technical guidance and training on reliability and quality best practices.\nFuel your passion:\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or/and Administration (or related discipline).\nIntermediate English Level.\nExperience\n3+ years of experience in Reliability Engineering, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Oil & Gas, Energy, or Industrial Services.\nExperience in quality management systems and reliability improvement programs.\nExperience with statistical analysis and performance monitoring.\nPreferred Certifications\nCertified Reliability Engineer (CRE)\nSix Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt\nISO 9001 Internal Auditor\nISO 55001 Internal Auditor \nASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)\n Technical Skills\nReliability EngineeringRoot Cause Analysis (RCA)\nFailure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)\nWeibull AnalysisReliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM)\nStatistical Process Control (SPC)\nLean ManufacturingSix Sigma Methodologies\nQuality Management Systems (QMS)\nData Analysis and Reporting\nRisk Assessment & Mitigation\nMicrosoft Power BI, Excel, Minitab, or equivalent analytical tools\nTechnical Competencies\nAnalytical Thinking\nProblem Solving\nData-Driven \nDecision Making\nRisk Management\nProcess Optimization\nLeadership Competencies\nCollaboration\nCommunication\nInfluencing Without Authority\nContinuous Improvement Mindset\nCustomer Focus\nResults Orientation\nWork Environment\nOffice, manufacturing, operations, workshop, or field-based environment as required.\nOccasional travel to customer, operational, or manufacturing locations.\nParticipation in cross-functional projects and operational reviews.\nWorking with us:\nOur people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
