Making it safer, cleaner and more efficient for people and the planet.\nPartner with the best\nAs a RT Geomechanics Engineer, you will be responsible for:\nParticipating in Geomechanics Operation support and Subsurface Studies for customers across Eastern Hemisphere\nProviding Geomechanics Operations support including Geomechanical modelling (Predrill & Post drill analysis - 1D & 3D), Real Time Geomechanical analysis, Pore Pressure & Wellbore Stability Services.\nContributing feedback on technology performance and operational challenges\nExecuting any other duties as assigned by the line management\nProviding high-quality technical presentations, customer meetings, and strategic commercial support as required.\nRecognizing problems and providing solutions to mitigate or eliminate them\nWorking well with colleagues and customers across all businesses and cultures\nFuel your passion\nTo be successful in this role you will:\nHave bachelor's degree with good industry experience, with a preference for Petroleum Engineering, Geoscience/earth sciences discipline or relevant industry experience within Geomechanics\nHave minimum 5+ years experience in Geoscience and/or Real Time Geomechanics\nHave good interpersonal and leadership skills.\nDemonstrate knowledge of drilling operations (wireline and LWD tools and measurements) \nHave ability to manage multiple projects and/or deadlines\nHave good oral and written communication skills.\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
