You will lead Operations Managers and cross-functional teams, champion continuous improvement initiatives, and play a key role in shaping the site's manufacturing strategy and future growth.\nAs a Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:\nLeading manufacturing operations across multiple production areas, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution.\nCoaching and developing Operations Managers to build a culture of accountability, engagement, and performance excellence.\nDriving delivery performance by ensuring production schedules and customer commitments are achieved.\nMonitoring and improving key operational metrics across safety, quality, delivery, productivity, inventory, and cost.\nLeading operational reviews, escalation processes, and recovery plans to resolve manufacturing challenges and mitigate business risks.\nManaging workforce planning, resource allocation, labor utilization, and capacity management across manufacturing operations.\nPartnering with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Planning, HR, HSE, and other key stakeholders to optimize factory performance.\nDriving continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, cost reduction, and overall operational excellence.\nFuel your passion\nTo be successful in this role, you will:\nHave significant leadership experience within a complex manufacturing, industrial, or production environment.\nDemonstrate a proven track record of leading multiple production areas through operational leadership teams.\nHave successfully delivered measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance.\nPossess strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, and continuous improvement methodologies.\nHave experience managing large, multi-disciplinary manufacturing organizations.\nDemonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage performance data to drive results.\nHave experience in production management, workforce planning, resource allocation, and capacity planning activities.\nPossess excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.\nKey Competencies\nStrategic Manufacturing Leadership\nOperational Excellence\nLean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement\nPerformance Management and Accountability\nCapacity Planning and Resource Optimization\nSafety and Quality Leadership\nStakeholder Management and Collaboration\nTalent Development and Leadership Coaching\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
