You will work closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to support successful project execution.\nAs a Senior Project Planner, you will:\nDevelop, manage, and maintain complex project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring schedule accuracy, logic, and completeness.\n\nCoordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Project Management teams to ensure alignment between project execution and schedule performance.\n\nPerform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks, opportunities, mitigation actions, and recovery plans.\n\nCreate and manage lookahead schedules and provide forecasting to support proactive project execution and decision-making.\n\nMonitor project progress, analyze schedule performance, and provide regular reports and recommendations to project leadership.\n\nCommunicate project schedule updates, milestones, challenges, and opportunities to internal stakeholders and customers.\n\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the implementation of integrated planning and scheduling processes.\n\nEnsure compliance with planning standards, governance requirements, and project control best practices.\n\nFuel your passion\nTo be successful in this role, you will:\nHave a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.\n\nHave experience in project planning, scheduling, or project controls within Oil & Gas, Subsea, EPC, Manufacturing, or Engineered Equipment environments.\n\nDemonstrate strong expertise in Primavera P6 and complex project scheduling methodologies.\n\nHave the ability to understand project execution status and accurately reflect progress within project schedules.\n\nPossess strong analytical skills with the ability to identify schedule risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.\n\nHave experience supporting large and complex projects with planning, forecasting, and reporting activities.\n\nDemonstrate excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.\n\nHave knowledge of Oracle MRP systems as an advantage and possess the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.\n\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.\nIn this role, we can offer the following flexible working patterns:\n4 days from office\n\n1 day from home (remote)\n\nWorking with us\nOur people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
