In this role, you will focus on customer satisfaction, contract profitability, service delivery, and stakeholder management while working closely with customers, service teams, and business leaders. You will provide program management support for service agreements as well as time-and-material projects, acting as a key liaison between customers and internal organizations to ensure successful contract execution and long-term business growth.\nAs a Lead Project Manager, you will be responsible for:\nManaging the profitability and customer satisfaction of assigned contracts.\nProviding program management support for both service agreements and time-and-material projects.\nSupporting sales campaigns for new contracts, proposals, and business opportunities.\nEnsuring timely resolution of customer issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.\nInteracting with Customer Service, Parts & Transactional Services, Field Service, Repair Service, and other support functions.\nActing as the primary liaison between customers and internal organizations for assigned contracts.\nCollaborating with senior business leaders, including SPB and EB-level stakeholders.\nCommunicating project approaches, business needs, and project outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.\nManaging standardized project processes and ensuring implementation of updated procedures and guidelines.\nWorking with diverse customers across the region while managing activities under predefined contractual frameworks.\nSupporting successful contract execution, operational performance, and business objectives.\nDriving operational excellence through effective planning, coordination, and customer engagement.\nFuel your passion\nTo be successful in this role you will:\nHave a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.\nAlternatively, possess a High School Diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services.\nHave a minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Customer Contract Management.\nPossess experience and knowledge in turbomachinery.\nDemonstrate experience managing customer-facing service contracts and commercial commitments.\nBe able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and business functions.\nHave strong planning, organizational, and execution skills.\nBe available to travel up to 50% within Venezuela.\nDesired Characteristics\nStrong oral and written communication skills.\nStrong interpersonal and leadership skills.\nAbility to influence others and lead small teams.\nExperience leading initiatives of moderate scope and impact.\nAbility to coordinate several projects simultaneously.\nEffective problem identification and solution skills.\nProven analytical and organizational ability.\nCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to operational excellence.\nAbility to manage priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
