Baker Hughes is an Equal Employment Affirmative Action Employer.\nAbout this job\nThe Service Delivery Coordinator will provide on-site support for service delivery challenges and provide leadership for 24/7 emergency response readiness.\nAs a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:\nField Leadership & Emergency Response: Maintain 24/7 readiness to deploy to rig/well sites for emergencies.\nProvide on-site support for service delivery challenges, including equipment failures and client troubleshooting.\nAudit & Compliance: Conduct proactive field audits on crew adherence to SOPs.\nContributing to project as a team member.\nEquipment & Project Readiness: Manage long-term equipment readiness for upcoming projects and new startups.\nAct as the focal point between Engineering, AMO, and Readiness teams for high-profile job planning.\nContinuous Improvement: Ensure \"Lessons Learned\" are not just recorded but physically applied to every job.\nCoordinate directly with Supervisors post-job to capture and institutionalize operational improvements.\nFollowing and recording internal HSE policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant environment\nFuel your passion\nTo be successful in this role you will:\n· Have a bachelor’s degree in a related field.\n· Have 5+ years of experience in Thru-Tubing, Fishing, Completions or Coil Tubing.\n· Have extensive, demonstrable experience navigating standard practices, safety protocols, and quality requirements for field execution.\n· Proven ability to manage equipment contingencies and maintain client confidence under pressure.\n· A \"boots-on-the-ground\" approach to auditing and coaching before issues arise.\nDesired Qualifications:\n5 Years of Oilfield experience in:Thru-Tubing Fishing\nConventional Fishing\nCompletion Packers\nCoil Tubing\nStrong computer skills\n\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone.\nWorking with us\nOur people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
