You will provide technical expertise and support to operations teams, colleagues, and customers across Australia.\nYou will also provide coaching and technical guidance to specialists, technicians, and apprentices within your area of expertise, helping ensure safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery.\nAs a Services Specialist - Technical Support Engineering, you will be responsible for:\nProviding technical expertise and guidance to Operations Teams, Sales, and clients. \nDeveloping and implementing technical solutions to meet client and operational requirements. \nManaging and coordinating the introduction and implementation of new technologies. \nCollaborating with AMO teams to troubleshoot equipment and technical issues to ensure smooth operations. \nEnsuring compliance with the Managing the Job Cycle (MtJC) process. \nRaising alerts across the Service Delivery organization whenever an unfamiliar or significant technical issue arises during a job. \nProviding technical support and sharing best practices to improve service delivery and operational performance. \nFuel your passion\nTo be successful in this role, you will:\nHave a bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification. \nHave at least 10 years of relevant technical experience and a strong understanding of oilfield pressure pumping and cementing operations and services. \nHave hands-on experience and technical knowledge of cementing services and associated pressure pumping operations and equipment. \nDemonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide technical guidance on operational and equipment-related issues. \nBe a good communicator with strong written and verbal English skills. \nBe able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, customers, and other stakeholders. \nWorking with us\nOur people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
