You'll lead and provide technical support to other groups and co-workers for Baker Hughes Wireline in Australia. You'll provide coaching to others specialist, technicians, and apprentices in your area of expertise.\nAs a Technical Support Engineer - Wireline Services you will be responsible for:\nProviding technical expertise and guidance to Operations Teams, Sales, and clients.\n\nDeveloping and implementing solutions to meet client needs.\n\nManaging and coordinating the introduction of new technologies.\n\nCollaborating with AMO Teams to troubleshoot equipment and ensure smooth operations.\n\nEnsuring compliance with managing the Job Cycle (MtJC) process.\n\nRaising alert across the Service Delivery organization whenever an unfamiliar technical issue arises on a job.\n\nFuel your passion\nTo be successful in this role you will:\nHave a bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.\n\nHave at least 5 years of thorough understanding (Technical) and competency in oilfield wireline operations and services (advanced open/cased-hole services)\n\nHave experience with open hole & cased hole logging and perforating services.\n\nBe a good communicator and fluent in English.\n\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
