You will lead cross-functional teams, build trusted customer relationships, and drive successful project execution across complex enterprise environments.\nPartner with the best\nAs a Software Deployment Leader, you will be responsible for:\nLeading end-to-end delivery of Cordant Digital Solutions deployments from post-sales handoff through project completion.\nBuilding and leading cross-functional project teams consisting of consultants, configuration specialists, data scientists, domain experts, and engineers.\nDeveloping and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk registers.\nManaging project governance activities including steering committees, executive reviews, status reporting, and milestone assessments.\nServing as the primary customer point of contact throughout the deployment lifecycle.\nBuilding strong relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors to drive successful adoption and business value realization.\nManaging risk identification, mitigation planning, issue resolution, and escalation processes.\nOverseeing scope management and change control while protecting commercial commitments and customer satisfaction.\nMonitoring project financial performance, utilization, and cost-to-serve metrics in collaboration with finance and commercial teams.\nCoordinating with internal functional leaders to secure resources and resolve delivery challenges.\nEnsuring delivery quality across configuration, data science, engineering, and consulting workstreams.\nSupporting customer training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live adoption activities.\nCapturing lessons learned and contributing to the continuous improvement of deployment methodologies, tools, and best practices.\nFuel your passion\nTo be successful in this role you will:\nHave a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.\nHave 8+ years of experience delivering complex software, technology, or digital transformation projects for enterprise or industrial customers.\nHave experience in consulting, software implementation, professional services, customer success, or digital delivery leadership roles.\nDemonstrate experience leading matrixed teams and influencing stakeholders without direct reporting authority.\nHave experience managing executive-level customer relationships, including steering committees and escalations.\nHave experience managing project scope, budgets, commercial performance, and change control processes.\nBe an effective communicator with strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.\nBe willing to travel up to 30-50% based on project and customer requirements.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience within industrial sectors such as Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Chemicals, Manufacturing, or related industries.\nExposure to Industrial IoT, Asset Performance Management (APM), Predictive Maintenance, or Digital Transformation solutions.\nFamiliarity with enterprise software implementation lifecycles including integration, data migration, configuration, UAT, go-live, and hypercare.\nPMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project/program management certification.\nExperience establishing new delivery processes, methodologies, or operating models.\n Travel Requirement: Up to 30-50% depending on customer engagements and project needs.\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.\nIn this role, you will be assigned to customer engagements based on business needs, technical complexity, and geography.
