You will also be developing improving deploying and support Cloud services.\nPartner with the best\nAs a Site Reliability Engineer you will be responsible for:\nDemonstrating best practices pertaining to Cloud DevOps development along with a willingness to continually learn Cloud native technologies.\n\nFollowing security guidelines to develop secure and compliant Cloud services by working with Risk and Security teams.\n\nMonitoring configuration management platform layout and hosting infrastructure.\n\nAutomating deployment of applications and infrastructure\n\nBe able to work independently and in a team environment managing a range of customers and technical situations.\n\nProviding technical application support for enterprise-level systems\n\nRunning our infrastructure with Chef Ansible Terraform GitHub CI/CD and Kubernetes \n\nParticipating in Capacity planning system performance monitoring resource utilization trending and incident and change management.\n\nCo-ordinating with Cloud infrastructure partners for Server Network Database service-related incidents and projects\n\nDeploying application upgrades/patches in production and test environments\n\nTroubleshooting application alerts Azure and AWS Policy from monitoring tools and code inspection and performing RCAs\n\nWriting tutorials how-to videos and other technical articles for the customer community and knowledgebase articles and keep them up to date\n\nWorking on critical complex customer problems that may span multiple services\n\nParticipating in 24x7 on-call rotation and working with global teams\n\nCollaborating with cross functional stakeholders\n\nProviding mentorship and guidance to team members\n\nFuel your passion\nTo be successful in this role you will:\nHave bachelors degree in computer science or STEM Majors (Science Technology Engineering and Math) \n\nHave 7 years of experience in application support in cloud preferably Azure/AWS. Have prior experience in setting up running and configuring Azure/AWS applications.\n\nHave experience in infrastructure optimization in Azure/AWS\n\nBe an expert in performance monitoring and capacity management of enterprise systems using various tools.\n\nHave 2 years of Hands-on experience with Public Cloud-based applications technologies and tools deployment monitoring and operations such as Docker Kubernetes Prometheus Grafana Kibana etc.\n\nHave experience in RDBMS and NoSQL database technologies\n\nHave experience in Change management and Incident management process\n\nAdvanced level of English Arabic language skills are an advantage\n\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone this role we can offer the following flexible working patterns:\n For us flexibility works both ways we work with global customers and have annual targets so as long as we can respond and deliver to these we can offer a lot of flexibility in this role.
