Our Wireline & Well Services teams play a crucial role in supporting well intervention, installation, and maintenance operations for customers across both onshore and offshore environments.\nPartner with the best\nAs a Slickline Assistant, you will prepare, operate, and maintain slickline and wireline equipment to safely and efficiently execute standard mechanical wireline operations. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure all activities are performed in compliance with company safety, quality, and environmental standards.\nAs a Slickline Assistant, you will be responsible for:\nPreparing equipment and ensuring a full working knowledge of slickline systems prior to operations.\nPerforming standard mechanical wireline operations.\nRigging up slickline equipment safely and efficiently.\nRepairing and maintaining pressure control equipment.\nConducting standard daily checks and performing maintenance on wireline units.\nSupporting multi-skilling and cross-functional operational activities as required.\nAssisting in the preparation of operational reports for onshore and offshore operations.\nEnsuring adherence to all quality and operational procedures as defined in company manuals.\nPerforming all activities in accordance with company safety and environmental procedures.\nEnsuring environmental requirements are consistently followed.\nAttending customer meetings and QHSE meetings as required.\nSupporting additional activities as needed to fully utilize professional capabilities.\nFuel your passion\nTo be successful in this role, you will:\nHold a High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.\nDemonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.\nBe flexible and willing to take on a broad range of responsibilities.\nBe able to work proactively within a team environment.\nPossess general knowledge of the oil and gas industry.\nDemonstrate good mechanical aptitude.\nHave the ability to work effectively and communicate well with others.\nShow a strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.\nWork in a way that works for you\nThis is a field-based operational role supporting slickline and well intervention activities across customer locations.
