They will coordinate the strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiations, and procurement activities for Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacture. The role ensures that project requirements are met through effective supplier selection, risk management, commercial optimization, and stakeholder collaboration.\nAs a EPC Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for:\nDevelop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with project objectives, budgets, and schedules.\nSupport competitive bidding processes including RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and tender evaluations in addition to Product Lines.\nIdentify, qualify, and onboard suppliers capable of meeting technical, commercial, and operational requirements where necessary.\nDrive total cost of ownership (TCO) improvements and cost-reduction initiatives.\nNegotiate contracts, pricing, commercial terms, and framework agreements where required alongside Product Lines.\nEstablish and maintain strategic supplier relationships alongside Strategic Sourcing.\nMonitor supplier performance through KPIs, scorecards, and regular business reviews.\nManage supplier risks related to capacity, financial stability, quality, compliance, and delivery in support of Product Line teams.\nCollaborate with engineering, supply chain, project management, and operations teams to understand procurement requirements.\nEnsure procurement activities align with project schedules and critical milestones.\nSupport expediting activities to ensure on-time delivery of equipment and materials.\nManage procurement of major equipment, fabricated items, construction services, and subcontractors alongside Product Lines.\nAssess and mitigate supply chain risks, including geopolitical, logistical, and market-related challenges.\nEnsure contract compliance and resolve commercial disputes when necessary.\nSupport change order management and claims mitigation.\nPartner with internal stakeholders to align sourcing decisions with project and business objectives.\nInfluence cross-functional teams and provide sourcing expertise throughout project lifecycles.\nPresent procurement strategies, supplier recommendations, and commercial evaluations to senior leadership.\nEnsure compliance with client and company procurement policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.\nPromote ethical sourcing, sustainability, and supplier diversity initiatives.\nMaintain accurate procurement documentation and audit readiness.\nAct as client facing contact for all Supply Chain needs, reporting a consolidated view of sourcing status, risk, opportunities, forecasts, local content and escalations.\nTo be successful in this role you will:\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or related field.\nProfessional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, PMP, or equivalent are desirable.\n3-7 years of sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or contract management experience.\n3+ years leading sourcing activities within EPC, construction, energy, oil & gas, chemicals, utilities, renewables, or infrastructure projects.\nProven experience negotiating high-value contracts and managing strategic suppliers.\nStrategic sourcing and category management.\nContract negotiation and commercial management.\nSupplier relationship management (SRM).\nCost analysis and total cost ownership methodologies.\nProcurement systems (SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, etc.).\nUnderstanding of EPC project delivery models.\nStakeholder engagement and influencing.\nProject management and prioritization.\nCross-functional collaboration.\nProblem-solving and decision-making.\nChange management and continuous improvement\nFinancial acumen and cost modelling.\nRisk assessment and mitigation.\nMarket intelligence and supplier benchmarking.\nClaims and contract dispute management.\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
