This role serves as the primary point of integration between customers, engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, procurement, and service delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual and quality requirements.\nThe position provides project leadership across multiple product lines and manufacturing locations, driving alignment, risk mitigation, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence throughout the project lifecycle.\nAs a , you will be responsible for:\nResponsibilities\nLead project execution, planning, scheduling, and delivery activities for strategic customer projects.\nServe as the primary customer-facing execution lead, providing project updates, managing expectations, and resolving issues.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Service Delivery.\nOversee project documentation, customer deliverables, databooks, inspection plans, and quality requirements.\nManage engineering change activities, configuration management, part number releases, and product readiness.\nIdentify, communicate, and mitigate project risks related to schedule, quality, technical execution, and supply chain performance.\nCoordinate supplier and vendor activities impacting project execution.\nAuthorities\nPrioritize project execution activities to meet customer commitments.\nEscalate business, technical, quality, and schedule risks to leadership.\nRepresent the project team in customer-facing discussions and execution reviews.\nRecommend mitigation plans and corrective actions to maintain project performance.\nAccountabilities\nOn-time delivery of customer projects.\nAchievement of project milestones and customer commitments.\nEffective management of project risk, scope, and execution performance.\nCompliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.\nFuel your passion\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in project management, engineering, manufacturing, operations, or service delivery.\nDemonstrated success leading complex cross-functional projects in a matrix organization.\nStrong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience managing schedules, risks, action plans, and project deliverables.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.\nProficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.\nDesired Characteristics\nExperience in Artificial Lift Systems, AccessESP, Completions, or Manufacturing.\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management training.\nStrong business acumen with the ability to balance customer, operational, and financial objectives.\nProven ability to influence without direct authority.\nHighly collaborative and capable of driving alignment across diverse teams and functions.\nSelf-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.\nExcellent presentation and executive communication skills.\nContinuous improvement mindset with a passion for operational excellence and customer success.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.\nWorking with us\nOur people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
