This role is essential to ensure financial compliance and optimizing the efficiency of the statutory process.\nKey responsibilities include\nDevelop and coach a diverse team, ensuring continuous learning, individual and team development.\nCollaborate within the team and contribute to shared goals and proactively supporting the execution of priorities and strategic initiatives in ensuring team’s priorities are achieved.\nManaging the execution of compliant and efficient statutory financial audits\nEvaluating, maintaining and improving the efficiency of financial and statutory accounting processes\nReviewing statutory financial statements and audit pack for accuracy and compliance with local statutory accounting standards and regulations\nExecuting on audit requests by working closely with functional team, operations, tax, legal, company secretary and finance\nInvestigating any audit issue to allow resolution with supporting documentation\nMonitoring analytical support, and variance analysis for S2G Walk\nFuel your passion\nTo be successful in this role you will:\nStrong statutory and financial reporting experience, including audit coordination and compliance.\nSolid capability in financial analysis and analytical review.\nProven skill in producing accurate, timely management reporting.\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting plus ACCA, CA, or CPA qualification.\n5-8 years’ experience, either with 2-5 years in people leadership or equivalent technical depth as an individual contributor.\nGood communication skills in English\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
